Duties and Responsibilities : Manage complete gamut of HR activities and lead field trainings by leading a team of 3-4 seasoned HR professionals (60 stores) Drive Labor and Statutory Compliances in the region Employee Engagement and Culture Building activities Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing in coordination with the COEs/Payroll team Incentives and performance linked bonus Induction/ Joining of new employees Filing and documentation Recruitment Support and Bench Planning Field HR Audit of process and systems at store Implementation and amendment of Policy Partnering with Business on HR related support.
