    Regional Manager - Bangalore (Kannada language)Role:Regional ManagerStrategize, execute, and manage heavy-duty surveys before driving the consequent analysis of accumulated dataOwn and drive the entire spectrum of surveysLead teams of Field Managers with accountability for dataInternalize the socioeconomic and political conditions of targeted geographiesDrive data translation efforts for language-agnostic data ingestion and analysisStay current with social, economic, political, and governmental developments for proactive pivoting of survey strategiesOwn and drive interactive Q&As with thought leaders from all walks of the society, such as teachers, govt. employees, Sarpanch/municipal council members, retired denizens, doctors, social workers, etc. to gain an all-round understanding of contemporary conditions across geographies and demographicsEducation: A minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Political Science/Statistics/Mass CommunicationPreferred Masters degree in any of the above mentioned disciplinesExperience: 2+ years of qualified experience in survey campaign management, operations, workforce management, sales, and business development roles will be considered preferentiallyLanguage:Kannadalanguagemust along with Hindi and EnglishSalary :3.60 LPA to 6.0 LPA NegotiableLocation : Bangalore
