Job Description

    Responsible for ensuring that Brands gets specified by the influencers for a project viz. architects, interior designers. This will be achieved by regularly meeting the influencers and briefing them about company products and convincing them of company quality and how brand would fit their requirements the best and driving results through a team.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :- Establish personal contact, and maintain relationship with key architects and interior designers for the entire assigned zone.- Develop and implement analytical growth opportunities for specifications and improving existing pipeline.- Develop business plan for the region, yearly & quarterly.- Establish and maintain regular contact with architects and interior designers, to inform them of the advantages of using company products and to motivate them toward specifying products, from companys corporate product portfolio, for their end customers.- Develop a broad database for the territory for key influencers v.i.z. architects, interior designers.- Achievement Sales specification targets through team.- Provide the sales team with information and progress on key projects and take their inputs in arriving at the best way to ensure that brand gets specified.- Track competitor activities w.r.t. the influencer group for the entire zone and providing this information to the Project Marketing and Regional Sales teams.- Conduct Architect Meets throughout his/her zone with the help of the Sales Team - which helps in building the relationship.- Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions to increase knowledge of company products, improve design selling techniques and cultivate good working relationships with consumers.Qualifications :- Qualification - MBA. Must be bi-lingual in both English and Hindi/Local languages. Fluency in regional dialects would be an added advantage.- Work experience - 8-11 years business development experience- People management experience is critical,
