Job Position: Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Head/ Regional sales& Marketing ManagerJob Location: Bangalore, KarnatakaQualification: Any GraduatesExperience: 10 to 15yrsAchieves the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for products as they are sold into customer segments like healthcare, pharmaceutical, Engineering, Automobile, OEM, SME and logistic within Region. Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives. Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Unit Heads, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development. Handling the key customer and channel partner. To ensure development of new key customers and channel partner in assigned territory Provides quality leadership for internal team. Maintain the good relationship with important external key customers & channel partners. Problem solving, ability to resolve the conflicts, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.We are looking into who having an experience in bulk industrial domain like automotive/ pharma/ retail/ industrial sales/ capital equipment.,
