Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure availability within and outside of business hours for selective clients. Scope of support to clients include addressing client issues through ticketing system, over the phone and on site visit, as neededPerform as key contact point of clients dealing with routine matters throughout range of services and productsMaintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.Participate in one- on- one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choicesSupport clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the applicationAcquireand maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value Proactivelybuild strong customer relationships Understandclient requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and professional mannerSolutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirementsDevelop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application.Ensureall project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the support processQualifications & Skills: Graduate preferably from a commerce background 2 years of experience in a customer support role inPayroll with high client interaction preferably with domestic clientsExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written Excellentclient handling skillsDomain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatoryThorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliances will be an advantageExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent skills on effective telephone and email communicationApart from English, familiarity in either Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantageHighly Customer Focused with ability to listen and engage customers to achieve desired outcomesHigh degree of patienceGood problem solving skillsMS Excel skillsWilling to work weekends and holidaysWilling to stretch during high volume periods (Month, Quarter and year ends)Benefits: Competitive salaryGreat team members & energy filled work environmentOpportunity to be involved in high impact work and progressive learning environment,
