IELTSMaterial is a part of the CollegeDekho Group, which is one of Indias leading Higher Education Ed Tech companies and has raised ~$50M USD from investors like Winter Capital, ETS Strategic Capital, Calega, Man Capital, and ADQ.Responsibilities1.Be accountable for the entire Relationship executive of a growing business2.Student/Teacher Representative who is genuinely excited and confident to Understand and help Student /teacher needs and develop plans to address them in a new-to-the-world online platform.3.Needs to manage class rescheduling requests and handle Database and coordinate with Tech team to execute this in backend to manage ongoing classes.4.Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively5.Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team6.Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes7.Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts8.Approach potential customers to establish relationships9.Gain solid knowledge of competitors10.Make daily trackers for student/teacher operations team as well as manage daily inbound/outbound email flow.11.The Relationship Manager will be required to communicate with customers via phone and email.12.Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details.13.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
