Job Description

    We are seeking experienced and dynamic Relationship Managers to join our team in the BFSI sector. This role involves managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), providing wealth management services, and driving sales in areas such as CASA (Current Savings Account), portfolio management, investment banking, and branch banking. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship management, offering personalized banking and financial services to clients.Key Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients (HNIs and NRIs).
    • Manage client portfolios, providing personalized advice and wealth management solutions.
    • Drive sales across a range of banking products, including CASA, investment banking, and portfolio management services.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets for various banking products and services.
    • Stay updated with the latest market trends and financial products to advise clients effectively.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address client queries or concerns promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all transactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive banking solutions.
    Desired Skills And Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Priority Banking / Burgundy RM / NRI RM / Wealth Manager) within the banking or financial services sector.
    • Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment banking, and portfolio management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Target-driven and a proven track record in sales and business development.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
    • Graduation (Any discipline).
