Job Description

"Job Description

  • RMs are involved in end to end loan process.
  • This includes the acquisition of clients, coordinating with various debt (credit and ops), post salesservices, and much more.
  • The customers are the Business Owners.
  • Its 80% sales + 20% Ops.
  • The product is - SME Loans (also called as Business Loans / Working Capital Loan / Term Loan, etc)
  • RMs to contact the customers (B2B sales) via telephone /Whats-app/ Chat.
  • This doesnt involve field sales or rotational shift.
Additional Information- 1st and 2nd Saturday off, remaining Saturdays will be working- Saturday timings: 10 am to 1 pm.Interview Rounds
  • HR Round

  • Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak
  • Good Tamil skills - Ability to Speak
  • Good Kannada skills - Ability to Speak

Job SummaryLooking for telesales/Outbound salespeople. Preferably from the credit card sales and loan/insurance sales. Required Fluent English and Tamil mandatory. Any graduate is fine."
