Job Description

    Position: RO- Digital Banking SalesCTC: up to 3.5 LPA IncentivesExp. 0-4 Yrs. in field/direct sales from BFSI IndustryLocation: BangaloreEducation: Graduate/ PGIndustry: BankingJob Role:
    • 100% open market and field job -Target driven.
    • Acquisition of Saving/Current account from open market via Canopy Activity, Umbrella Activity, Cold Calling, References etc.
    • Work for cross buy of financial product from mapped Book- LI/GI/SIP/PL/FD from existing customer portfolio
    • Work on the Geographical area mapped (Pin Code) and achieve Saving/Current account and cross buy target
    • Relationship building with Existing customer.
    Job Mandates:
    • 2 wheeler Mandatory with Valid License.
    • Good Communication skills with a passion to do field sales.
    • Customer orientation
    • High energy levels with a motive to succeed
    • Any Graduates
    • 0 to 1 Years of Sales experience
    • Should be comfortable in field sales.
