    Company: Leading General Insurance.Role: Renewal Manager - Motor.Location: Bangalore.Experience: 3 years in General Insurance firm. Work days: 5Role & Responsibilities:
    • Supporting retention through business strategy and analysis.
    • Benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, and online platforms through information collected via internal and external sources.
    • Interacting with business and retention teams to drive retention.
    • Strengthening existing processes and designing new & improved processes.
    • Coordinating with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for a seamless renewal journey. Improving customer journey.
    • Designing R & R programs and driving the same.
    • Any other retention product-related activity.
