    Job DescriptionWork Experience: 3 to 5 YearsCloudy wave tool for migrating Gsuite to OD4B.Office 365 and related technologies, including core infrastructure, Active Directory and Exchange,Strong concepts on mail migration from non-Microsoft platform to Exchange OnlineImplementation and management of Exchange Server and Office 365.Experience on working with Windows AD designing is a plus pointCandidates should have a good working knowledge of the implementation of an Exchange disaster recovery and Exchange high availability planExperience of migrating from previous versions of Exchange Server or third-party messaging systems.Prior experience in mailbox migration.Experience of SMTP, POP3 and IMAP protocolsExperience tuning and scaling Exchange servers.Experience Troubleshooting Exchange Server related issuesFundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation etc.Strong troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn new technologies very fast.Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologiesExperience on driving migration project end to end on process and technical frontGood communication and presentation skillsCandidate should be capable to manage customer along with offshore team to drive mailbox migration activities.Good in handling customer escalation and provide solutionAble to manage internal and external stakeholders.Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are mustShould be able to work in 24x7 shifts.Microsoft certified preferred,
