Job Description

    As a Team Lead, you will be responsible to lead a team of designers to developing creative ideas and concepts, make adaptations of master creatives, upload assets, work as per guidelines to meet the clients objectives. Lead the creative team and define the design and visual communication practice. Uphold communication and business goals with ideas and designs. Training the art team in leading from the front and advancing and expanding their skills. Building a good repot with the client and working in coordination. Managing the team and everyday work deliveries. Train new team members on the brand guidelines and work processes. Work with the entire creative team to take the creative output to the next level. Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials A strong design portfolio showcasing your illustration and visualization skills. Exceptional skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web. Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to independently manage and meet deadlines. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
