• The Process mining domain leader will be part of the SAP Competence center, under Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) function.
• He/ She is responsible of Process mining tool (Celonis) to deep dive into the processes based on event logs.
• As a domain leader, act as a single point of contact in the organization for all stakeholders related to Celonis project.
Main Responsibilities: Working on process mining analysis and solution, as a domain leader you will:
• Responsible of demand management, roadmap and architecture definition, governance, and delivery and liaise between businesses, vendor relationship, IT delivery team and other units (security, workplace etc. as required).
• Owns the platform in the organization and responsible for defining the IT landscape architecture and its expansion, managing the platform like data extractions, schedules, Data models, EMS administration, Licences, User management and enablement.
• Manage the progress of Mining projects, induce a Collaborative culture, evangelization of the technology and act as a SPOC.
• Your team (tehchnical and functional) will be in charge of :
  • Build: Develop process data models to track how our main processes are used over tools (mainly SAP ECC, Basware, Ariba, etc.)
  • Find: Analyze the existing models, how the processes work, Identify, qualify, and frame the value with ROI of the process mining findings (inefficiencies/noncompliance/cash/ rework etc.)
  • Plan: Highlight key findings in the business process and work with businesses to prepare action plans and oversee execution.
  • Execute: Follow action plan completion and handover to BI team the KPI need (industrialization)
  • Check: Confirm benefits and measure financial benefits for the company
Educational Requirements Mandatory: Graduation B.E (full time) Desirable:
• Master s degree in data science
• Celonis Data Engineer Certifications
Experience Mandatory: 3-5 years overall experience with 2-3 years in experience into process mining. Desirable:
• Knowledgeable of Machine Learning, Reporting, SQL.
• Process knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Taxation
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Project management
• Strong analytical background with proven records in applying analytical concepts and techniques.
• Architecture knowledge of Celonis solution set up with ability to independently lead the technical team working on various source systems, building data models, manage periodic extractions, transformation scripts, and building dashboard elements.
• Thirst for working with huge sets of data and ability to dive into data challenges, prepare the data and often even combine data sets from different sources.
• Experience in process digitalization, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Clear and concise communication with strong written and verbal communication skills participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations.
• Expert with proven experience in capturing process and translating them into effective digital based processes.
• Have a passion to make the organization smoother and faster using simple to understand processes.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Logical structuring: structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of business problems.
