We have an URGENT requirement of Sales executive and Assistant Sales Manager for a Real Estate company at Bangalore.Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Pref. MBA/BBA)a.Fixed: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. onwards based on experience and last-drawn salary.b.Variable: Aggressive annual incentive plansc.Reimbursements: Official travel + meal allowance (on working days)Competencies, Experience and Skills Required:A. Min 2 to 3 years in direct sales, corporate sales, channel sales etc.(Pref. - Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Financial Services, Banking Companies, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Telecom, Hardware & Construction Material a plus)B. Good knowledge of prospecting, lead management, sales process& day to day reportingC. Quick learner & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyD. Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money, cheques and understanding of at least some finance related terminologyE. Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) of English&Kannada / Hindi (other languages will be a plus)F. Aggressive, customer-centric approach, relationship oriented, high energy levels to sustain sales and marketing programs.G. Willingness to convert lead in to Sale & to achieve weekly as well as monthly targetH.
