    We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of whats possible.Job SummaryAs a Lead Software Engineer in the EXCAPP team of the Corporate & Investment Bank business at JP Morgan Chase, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm s business objectives. Job Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage a team of 4/6 software engineers.
    • Working closely with business to understand the requirement clearly.
    • Come-up with a proper implementation plan, design and technical solution.
    • Involve with the team in complex problem solving/designing and effectively manage high priority production issues.
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill
    • 5+ Years of experience in leading product engineering in an agile operating model
    • 12+ Years of hands-on experience in modern programming languages
    • Hands-on experience in Core Java Proficient (Streams, functional programming, lambdas), Spring, Hibernate, MicroServices architecture
    • Working experience in Cloud programming (AWS/Cloud Foundry) and Oracle Queries/PL-SQL. Experience in TDD/CI/CD
    • Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
    • Command of architecture, design, and business processes
    • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
    • Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture
    • Expertise in building products using micro-services architecture deployed in cloud and expertise in hiring, scaling and nurturing engineering talent across geographies
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
    • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
