Job description: Job Title: Mobility/Travel & Corporate Card Career Level: Management Level 10 Location: India Language: Fluent English Requisition Number: Support Accenture s Global Corporate Travel Program and adherence to Policy 1396 and Accenture s Global contracts with Travel Management and Corporate Card suppliers. Working closely with Accenture s Global Travel & Crisis Management Team in multiple locations to operate in an agile, innovative, & truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric & operationally effective approach. Escalate delays, issues, and risks in a timely manner & provide relevant solutions & process improvements to issues & problems. Team Lead support to ensure high service delivery through various global administrative activities for the Corporate Travel Program broadly covering: Customer Service Pre-travel Checks Travel Policy Compliance Supplier interaction Risk Management Data Verification Reporting Auditing Global Corporate Travel Program activities: Travel & Corporate Card Queries (Tier 2) o respond to traveler & cardholder queries o manage & prioritize responses o identify & raise opportunities for improvement o escalate where necessary o reporting & analysis Travel Policy Compliance Pre-travel compliance checks/approvals: o Out of Policy process o Domestic & International travel checks o BD WBS checking o Hotel rate cap checks/audits o High fare check General Travel New Joiner travel orientation mailers Unused tickets WBS reversal Airfare reconciliation Corporate Card Applications & Cancellations o card cancellations o card applications o auditing o reporting & analysis Business Travel Accounts (BTA s) o reconcile & data verification o interaction with internal finance teams & supplier o expiration & accuracy monitoring o Reporting & analysis Risk Management o corporate card dunning activities o program audits personal spend high spend zero spend cash spend duplication of cards (host/home country) o reporting & analysis Card Limit Exception Process Mgt o manage requests from cardholders o tracking requests o escalate where necessary o auditing o reporting & analysis Must Have Skills Requirements Minimum 8 years experiences in customer service, travel, banking, BPO or shared service.
