The main objective for this function is to play a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally. The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes. This function is also responsible for business-as-usual activities and to support Firms Performance and Learning Management system and downstream applications.Responsibilities Application of process digitalization / automation using advanced Excel / Macros/ MS Acess / Power BI Focus on the customer and be an active participant in creating a seamless experience Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform workflows / automation opportunities to create efficiencies / reduce risk Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution Create automation workflows where applicable Utilize BPM and BPM / RPA tools to enhance process efficiency (BPM=Business Process Management; RPA=Robotic Process Automation) Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements and have strong project management skills, *Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years experience leading process analysis and redesign utilizing lean methodology
• Automation experience using Advance Excel/ Macros/Power BI/ VBA or MS Access
• Hands on experience with Macros, data feeds, data reconciliations and databases
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Expert debugging abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Expert with adding VBA add-ins for MS applications
• Exemplary Visual Basics abilities
• Advanced MS Access skills
• Advanced SQL relational database skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization
• Demonstrated experience leading others in process analysis and redesign initiatives
• Ability to present complex processes in easy-to-understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management
• Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building.
• Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross functional teams to ensure projects are on track
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization
• Experience with PeopleSoft / Workday HRMS a plus
• Proven experience in delivering operational business results in a service environment
• Ability to work on project deliverables with minimal supervision and present status
• Experience in working in HR shared services in banking industry would be an added advantage
