Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting and transactions within the legal entity
    2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
    3. Prepare the month-end closing results, including all general entries
    4. Prepare financial quarterly packages
    5. Prepare annual tax report and tax quarterly package
    6. Prepare the monthly operation forecast
    7. Own the SOX framework of internal controls for the entity (especially Disclosures 302 and 404) Identify, communicate and repair internal control deficiencies
    8. Prepare the annual budget and analysis of the actual vs budget
    9. Prepare the product costs (actual and standard) in line with company policies and analyze variances between actual and standard product costs
    10. Prepare the annual capex plan and the capital expenditure request
    11. Prepare the companys working capital and cashflow to fund operational and investment activities
    12. Manage and monitor all balance sheet entries and valuations are calculated accurately, reconciled and documented periodically
    13. Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
    14. Coordinating activities of external auditors
    15. Ensure compliance with Tax laws and other regulations affecting the business.
    16. Manage internal and external financial audit activities.
