Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and organized Reservation Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless move-in and move-out processes for our customers, as well as coordinating with our ground operations team to maintain efficient property management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in spoken English, and prior experience in a telecaller or customer service-oriented role.Key Responsibilities:1.Facilitate Smooth Move-Ins and Move-Outs:oCommunicate effectively with customers to coordinate and facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.oProvide necessary information and assistance to customers regarding property procedures and documentation requirements.2.Coordinate with Ground Operations Team:oCollaborate closely with the ground operations team to ensure all maintenance and service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.oRelay customer feedback and operational issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.3.Customer Service and Support:oServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.oHandle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for satisfactory resolution.4. Supervise Property Audits:o Oversee property audits conducted by the operations team to ensure compliancewith company standards and regulations.o Maintain accurate records of audit findings and implement corrective actions asnecessary.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telecaller or similarenvironment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite, CRM software) and ability tolearn new systems quickly.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Perks:1.
