Job Description

    Responsibility:
    • Identify store locations for company by working with Malls/Properties on commercial streets and process move-in paperwork
    • Maintain a strong closing ratio
    • Encourage prospective owners to lease from us by positioning our brand and its offerings in a favorable light and maintaining a great relationship for future expansion
    • Set and achieve goals each quarter, motivating the leasing partners on the landlord side
    Leasing Associate qualifications and skills:
    • Diploma required (Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising strongly preferred)
    • 1+ years experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired
    • Excellent communication and closing skills
    • Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
