    Dear Job seeker,I hope you are doing well!I am reaching out to let you know about a job opening for theRF Engineerrole based at BangaloreIf the role matches your career aspirations and you wish to pursue the role, please share your updated resume with the following details at hidden_emailRole Details :Job Designation: RF Engineer (Dish Project)Job Location: Bangalore, WTC OfficeWork Schedule : 5 Days working from the officeWork shift : General Shift, Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to work in night shift and irregular shifts if neededPurpose: Responsible for prelaunch optimization of LTE sites using drive tests and parameter audit. Posts launch KPI analysis. Coordinating cross functional team of data collectors, OSS and RF EngineersKey Job Responsibilities
    • Independently perform in RF Optimization activities.
    • Optimization of a WCDMA/LTE (3G/4G) network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.
    • Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.). Defining and Monitoring Parameter Consistency check.
    • Understanding the Call Flow with Post Processing Skill and Layer 3 Analysis.
    • Carry out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site/cluster performance.
    • Post integration ALU alarm reporting and analysis through SAM support.
    • Generate RF engineering related reports in Excel, PowerPoint as required.
    • Experience on Ericsson and ALU counters, Defining and Monitoring LTE/VOLTE KPIs reports on network.
    • Support goals and objectives of the company and the customer by meeting deadlines and reaching project goals
    Mandatory Requirements
    • B.Tech or M Tech in Electronics/ Telecommunication with minimum 70% score, or equivalent required.
    • An experience of 3years in related field is required
    • Proficient in tool like Actix ,Map info, Parameter audit using WIPS, Quantum, RMAP and Atoll.
    • Practice of OSS (SAM/OSS-RC/) and BO/ENIQ/NPO and Good communication skills.
