Job Description

    Responsibilities:- RF board bring up, RFFE driver development, RF path validation. - Collaborate with both RF and baseband system, RF HW, Baseband and Protocol SW teams in integration and system validation.- Triage with detailed log analysis on any reported RF issues from factory and field . Debug and root cause the failure and followup with vendor if required for resolution.- Design, develop and optimize performance in cellular modem processing algorithms for dynamic antenna switching, antenna tuner, transmit power, and thermal modules to enhance field performance, factory yield, and RF testability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver RF SW features and fixes for different product groups.- Design, develop and implement unit-test framework for new RF-SW features for functional verification.Minimum qualifications:- Experience in low-level programming using C++, C and assembler on 32-bit micro-controllers, ARM or RSIC-V CPUs.- Experience in embedded systems, ISR architecture and real time processing on limited and shared resources.- Experience with control of RF transceiver and RF front end components for 4G/5G control and data path processing.- B.S. in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering or related field.- 3+ years of embedded SW/FW development experience.Preferred qualifications:- Experience in HW bring-up, RF calibration, SW-FW co-development and integration processes.- Strong understanding of communication theory, RTOS, data structures and HW/SW interfaces.- Experience with debugging in embedded software systems and familiarity with JTAG and ETM Trace tools.- M.S. or Ph.D in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering or related field.
