About Business Line GTCB Risk and Control aligns globally to Global Transaction , Custody and Banking which is a part of Global process delivery, team supports Transaction services, Reconciliation (both internal and external), Banking and Investable cash.About Process GTCB Risk and control is a Risk function aligned closely with business the primary function of the team is to ensure that business is not exposed to any immediate risk and blow a whistle whenever see any team within GTCB is open to any such situation, team also produces weekly and monthly reporting to senior management to ensure they are very well aware of their team statistics and viability to risk indicators.In this role, you should be highly perceptive and methodical. You should also have the ability to communicate effectively and present your plans in a convincing way. You should have experience in risk assessment and financial analysis.Key Responsibilities & Experience Range Require 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Identifying and analyzing various risks (e.g. business, financial) Strong business experience to allow for senior level interaction Strong presentation skills Help implement solutions and plans Evaluate employees risk awareness and train them when necessary Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks Audit processes and procedures, coordinate with internal and external auditors Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks) Reviewing any new major contracts and monitor SOP and SLAs are renewed as required Participate and conduct internal self testing Display initiative and independence to proactively partner effectively with the Joint Venture and Oversight teams Skills & Knowledge Qualification & Certifications Knowledge of risk assessment and control Experience with auditing and reporting procedures Professional Risk Manager (PRM) or other Risk certification is a plus Primary Skills (Must Have) Proven experience as a Risk Manager Analytical mind with problem- solving aptitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Secondary Skills (Good to Have) Project Management experience Strong excel knowledge Shift Timing: 1:00 pm to 10 pm (IST),
