Job Description

  • Review and challenge new incidents to ensure root cause is clear, appropriate preventative actions are in place and key data is accurately classified
  • Incident workflow monitoring/management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the business units through the lifecycle of an incident.
  • Develop and implement process improvements by partnering with Technology and various other teams.
  • Assist with migration to a new Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) application
  • Reporting to Senior Management and Risk & Compliance Committee.
  • Risk Reporting:
    • Develop and deliver Trend Analysis and Reporting within incidents/issues for India Entity
    • Assist with Root Cause and Deep Dive Analyses for high value and high impact events.
  • Create analytical report and presentations as required, highlighting trends and identifying potential issues
  • Develop solutions by employing timely, rigorous and logical analysisOrganisational
  • Effectively communicate with onshore and offshore teams and management
  • Build strong work relationship with all stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies and proceduresPeople
  • Showcase good leadership skills across all disciplines
  • Continuously engage oneself in staff training and development

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes Essentials
  • Demonstrable experience with Incident Management, Data Breach Management & Risk Management. (i.e. Data Disclosure)
  • Exposure to reporting tools and MIS
  • Must be able to think strategically and tailor appropriate messages to different management levels throughout the organization
  • Financial services industry experience a strong plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines
  • High comfort with creating and presenting information through PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in written format
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with stakeholders from all disciplines, backgrounds and cultures (both regional and global)
Preferred:
  • Ability to work independently as individual contributor
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Any knowledge of analytical tools and databases will be an added advantage
