Job Description

    Translate the customer s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope Analyze client processes and identifies RPA opportunities.Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturityProvide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy Experience in identifying the key issues, pain-points, fixing the Bot failures.Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving support related issues.Define, deploy and manage business processesDesigning automation processes as per the operational needs of an organizationScripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issuesReviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systemsConfiguring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools and documenting the automation proceduresTroubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner.Effort Estimation knowledgeProcess Design and Solution DesignDefine Testing approach for BOTsImplementations and deploymentsClient / Onsite team CommunicationParticipate in Solution ProposalsIssue Analysis and FixingProcess mining and automation using CelonisFor more experienced Candidates (In addition to above)BOT Support (L3 level) and TroubleshootingProvide guidance to the team members during the development and testing phasePeer review code and test cases Soft SkillsGood verbal & written communication skills articulate value of AI to business, project managers & other team membersAbility to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesisInnovation and experimentation,
