UiPaths offices are spread across New York, London, Paris, Bucharest, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne & Bangalore.Job Location: Sector - I, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 9 to 14 Years of total IT Experience with 3+ Years of recent Customer-facing, Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Consulting experienceRole Definition: The Customer Success Team at UiPath advises and guides a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. The RPA Technical Account Managers are entrusted with some of UiPaths largest and most strategic global customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels (including the C-suite), to drive increased adoption of UiPath and to improve the overall quality and maturity of its use. A major area of responsibility for RPA Technical Account Manager is helping customers structure and manage company wide UiPath deployments, coaching the customers project team on UiPaths deployment methodology, and helping them to develop an appropriate change management strategy that maximizes adoption, self sufficiency and business value.
