Job Description

    • Risk Assessments: Conduct job hazard analyses (JHA), safety audits, and facility inspections to spot potential mechanical, chemical, or structural hazards.
    • Safety Design: Review blueprints, new machinery, and plant layouts to integrate safety devices and engineering controls.
    • Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses for accidents or near-misses and write corrective action plans.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company operations follow local and national safety codes (such as OSHA or factory acts).
    • Training & Programs: Design safety protocols, emergency response plans, and worker education sessions.
