Job Description

    Location:BangaloreExperience:3 - 6 YearsNotice Period:Immediate to 15 DaysCTC:10 - 12 LPAAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedSailPoint IAM Developerto design, develop, and implementIdentity and Access Management (IAM)solutions that align with business and technology requirements. You will be responsible for building and optimizing IAM processes on theSailPoint IIQ 8.xplatform, integrating systems via APIs, and ensuring secure, efficient identity governance.Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement IAM solutions usingSailPoint IIQ 8.x.
    • Develop and consumeWeb Services APIsto enhance interoperability and system functionality.
    • Create and optimizeSailPoint workflowsto meet business requirements.
    • Lead quality control and assurance activities, including test plan/script development and execution.
    • Maintain detailed technical documentation, source code repositories, and policy records.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 36 years of IAM development experience, with strong focus onSailPoint(57 years preferred).
    • Proficiency inJava,BeanShell,JavaScript,JSP/Servlets,PowerShell,UNIX/Linux, andXML.
    • Strong knowledge of IAM processes and security best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing projects and defining performance metrics.
