    • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -A Good knowledge on Release management Provide engineering and platform support for sailpoint-Perform Sailpoint installation, configuration and upgrades as needed-Create, maintaining and monitor the SailPoint rules, aggregations and policies,-Application onboarding, Manage DR and coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues-Perform patch deployment, Application Stabilization and manage production and lower environment-Work directly with client as part of client team
      • Technical Experience : -Minimum 2-5 years of strong experience in providing support for SailPoint-Hands on experience on supporting L2 and L3 activities-Experience in managing user life cycle management/birth right provisioning /aggregations-Should have in depth understanding of SailPoint IIQ components-Expertise in handling incident and addressing root cause analysis-Proven troubleshooting skills in complex and integrated environment-Good knowledge of Database and directory services
