  • Sell Viavi Visibility, Intelligence, and Analytics (VIA) portfolio of NITRO Core & Radio Access assurance solutions, including the recently acquired EXPANDIUM products across the Asia Pacific region into wireless telecom segment that includes leading mobile telco operators, Network Equipment Manufacturers (NEMs), and System Integrators (SI s).
  • Mapping the ecosystem of Wireless Operator/NEMs/SI and hunt into each segment proactively to drive adoption of VIA NITRO Core & RAN solutions
  • Understand the telecom market, customer needs, competitive landscape, and position solutions that fulfil customer requirements
  • Sell into customers through direct sales as well as indirect sales via Local Channel Partners throughout South Asia
  • Already possesses C-Level and other key decision maker relationships with operators/NEMs/SI companies throughout South Asia
  • Accountable for annual quota target and securing orders for NITRO Core & Radio Access solutions in assigned territory / account(s)
  • Proactive approach to learn new wireline/wireless business trends/situation i.e. cloud native and 5G
  • Responsible for preparing quotations, forecasting and anticipating customer/ market and technology trends in the assigned territories
, *Pre-requisites and Skills:
  • Understanding of underlying technologies in telecommunications for wireless/wireline and network core communications
  • Understand technologies of RF technologies (radio wave propagation, network challenges and applications) would be an advantage
  • Candidates with experience with network assurance and analytics solutions would be preferred
  • Willing to travel extensively across the region
  • Good English skills spoken and written
  • Good team player able to build consensus yet able to work remotely under minimal direct oversight
Advanced Competencies:
  • Value Based Selling Capability while offering Business Cases/ Use Cases
  • Able to build trust from all Customers and Viavi internal teams for having long term business as successful ones
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience related to sales in Related Industry
  • BSEE, BSCS and/or engineering-related degree required with advanced technical degree desirable
