Job Description

DescriptionAccount manager maximize the sales of company s products and helps the commercial success in Aerospace & Defense and Industrial market in India. He / she is responsible for achieving his / her assigned quota with increasing and developing sales in his / her assigned territories or industries. Responsibilities Planning and set the strategy to develop new customer and increase the bizMaintaining customers and cultivating new customers in line with company s strategy and valueGathering market and customer informationGaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements and making aggressive proposals to clear issues of the customersCollaborate with Product management team and Engineering team to solve customers and products issuesBuilding up and improving account relationship from in - charge level to Management levelNegotiating the term and conditions of an agreement and closing salesReviewing own sales performance , aiming to meet or exceed targetsDeveloping forecasts and reporting activities to management regularlyCommunicating with the company related members and working positively from team work perspectiveRequirements : Minimum 8 years experience selling software and / or hardware products / services in Embedded marketGood communication skills and comfortable in dealing with customersKnowledge / Experience like below fields are strong plus; Sales in Embedded software / tool like OS , Testing , Validation , Requirement analysisSales in Embedded Hardware / tool like SBC , COTS board , FPGASales in Semiconductor CPU , SoC , Peripherals chipsSystem and HW knowledge is preferableSafety critical (ex : DO - 178C , IEC61508) knowledge is preferableAerospace & Defense and Industrial market selling background is preferableProven track record of increasing deal size and achieve the quotaAbility to well value matching with customer s requirementAbility to create account strategy , manage and execute business with minimal supervisionAbility to manage assigned account strategy , manage and execute business with minimal supervisionSelf - disciplined , proof of good teamwork and initiativeAbility to utilize & drive resource around to maximize output,
