Job DescriptionJob Title: Assistant Manager - Sales and Planing, Replacement, No team handling experience needed, Total team strength: 6 Reporting : Sales Planning Manager, Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce or ITMust have : 1. Client management - including Requirement gathering and creation of Proposal2 Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks3 Vendor Management- including Vendor Selection, Coordination and Delivery management4 Preparations of Request for Quotation and Request for Proposal from the Vendors5 Preparation and tracking of Project Costing & Budgeting6 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts7 Drafting Contracts and Statement of Work8 MIS preparationRequirementExperience in below areas:1 IT or Commerce graduate with 5 to 7 years experience2 Proven work experience as an Pre- sales in IT sector or PMO or Delivery team3 Hands on experience in sales and an ability to meet customer expectations4 Good Negotiation & Communication skills - Proficiency in English5 Excellent interpersonal and team management skills with flexibility and adaptability7 Strong analytical and organizational skills8 Business acumen with a problem- solving attitude9 Good in excel and PowerPoint presentation10 Suggest new services/ products and innovative sales techniques to increase customersatisfactionEnglish LevelBusiness LevelOther Language- Working Hour,
