Job Description

    The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.The Sales Consultant is also responsible for the sales targets of the gym with the support of the Fitness consultants.
    • Monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales systems
    • Establish and maintain the company protocol for sales tours and price presentation
    • Generates sales leads through Company sponsored (walk-ins) and employee-sponsored outreach programs and promotions
    • Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads
    • Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
    • Conduct gym tours using established sales systems
    • Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
    • Establish and maintain lead boxes/ tie-ups in the community on a monthly basis
    • Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards
    • Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
    • Makes courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym
    • Enter Guest courtesy forms.
    • Make regular weekly reports
    • General Responsibilities
    • Projects a polished, professional image at all times
    • Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule
    • Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies
    • Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations.
    • Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals
    • Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the Manager/COO/Directors
