Job Description

    Hii !Greetings from MNR SOLUTIONS !URGENTLY HIRING for the role of Sales Development Representative.Location - Bangalore (WFO)Qualification - Any Graduate.Experience req.- 2-4 years.Role Objectives -
    • Represent our companys products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
    • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps
    • Identify best practices to refine the companys lead generation playbook
    Responsibilities-
    • Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
    • Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality sales qualified leads
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
    • Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
    Required Skills-
    • Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in SAAS sales is preferred)
    • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
    • Individual role, Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
    • Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives.
    • Exceptional communication (Both oral and written) , listening skills, a positive and energetic phone presence.
