    Dear Candidate,Greetings from Axycube Solutions Pvt Ltd!We are hiring Sales Development Rep IMEA region for a Bangalore based product development firmSales Development Rep IMEA regionA rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team through outbound prospecting activities. You will work closely with our sales team to drive new business opportunities and help us achieve our revenue goals.Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through outbound activities including phone, email, and social media from IMEA region Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing their fit for our solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Conduct research to understand target industries and organizations, and to identify key decision-makers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system. Attend trade shows and events to network and build relationships with potential clients. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. This role would require you to work in the US time zoneQualifications: Bachelor Or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales development in B2B or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
