Someone who can talk to customers , ask questions to identify their needs , and then propose solutions that will turn them into paying customers. This role requires enthusiasm , high energy , and strong verbal and written communication. You will be the first person that a customer talks to , so personality and likeability are a must. If youre a monotone robotic speaker on the phone , this role is not for you. If you can get a grandma excited about electronic signatures , we want to talk to you :) Responsibilities Contact and qualify prospects to set appointments for our sales team to close.Identify decision makers in organizations across key industries / functions and build a prospect list.Own and execute outreach to targeted accounts and prospect lists in a personalized manner.Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up product demos.Monitor users acquired through free trials for potential sales interaction.Share insights from existing sales conversion funnel and evaluate the performance of lead sources.Be available for phone calls and meetings with customers and team members in other time zones.Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in sales development / AE role , preferably in a tech / SaaS companyAbility to achieve goals in an automated sales environment with accurate lead management in a CRMTeam player , with a strong self - starter attitudeDesire and drive to always be learningStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident , positive , energetic , and professional attitudeBA / BS degree or equivalent work experienceBilingual English / Spanish speakers receive bonus points Assessment We believe that the only metric that matters is results.
