Key Responsibilities: Drive market coverage and brand positioningBuild, execute, monitor a plan to ensure target markets and customer segments are covered.Ensure early entry and positioning of ADD services in deals and across all key stakeholders.Support Business Development and Lead Generation activitiesParticipate in industry level events and customer vertical based events to engage with existing and potential customers for publicizing & positioning ADD services.Drive competitive advantage by ensuring adequate and structured mapping of competitive products & services and building appropriate sales strategies and approach to ensure high win rates.Build a customer referral program to drive lead generation.Drive Compliance to processes and policiesParticipate in industry level events and customer vertical based events to engage with existing and potential customers for publicizing & positioning ADD services.Drive competitive advantage by ensuring adequate and structured mapping of competitive products & services and building appropriate sales strategies and approach to ensure high win rates.Build a customer referral program to drive lead generation.Desired Profile: Minimum requirement: BTech, preferably a professional degree.Overall 3- 5 years experience in sales and business development role (exposure to IT sales is an added advantage) Proven expertise in key account management and direct concept sales.Excellent commercial understanding & negotiation skills.Experienced and adept at cross functional working & coordination skills.Knowledge of channels & events management is an added advantage.High Service Orientation.Mature in working approach; process discipline.Proactive towards task delivery.Have a high degree of energy, and be a team player.Should have integrity, be caring, and have desire for excellence.,
