Lead Generation & ProspectingProspecting: Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.Cold Calling: Reach out to new leads and follow up on existing inquiries.Market Research: Understand the target market and identify opportunities for business growth.2. Sales Presentation & Product PitchProduct Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the products or services and their benefits to effectively communicate to prospects.Sales Pitch: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their needs and showcasing product value.Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.3. Closing SalesNegotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers.Deal Closure: Close deals by converting prospects into customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.4. Customer Relationship ManagementCustomer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients and provide support as needed.Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Client Retention: Ensure repeat business and build long-term relationships with clients.5. Sales Reporting & Performance TrackingSales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.Progress Tracking: Track sales goals and targets, ensuring consistent performance.Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer trends, competitor activity, and product performance.6. Team CollaborationInternal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.Meetings: Participate in regular sales meetings to review performance and discuss strategies.Skills & CompetenciesCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Sales Techniques: Basic knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing.Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.Negotiation Skills: Comfortable with negotiating deals and terms with customers.Self-Motivated: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the sales field.
