Acquire the basic selling skills to perform the Flats selling functions successfully. Participating in Marketing campaigns, sales promotion campaigns, new customer s information campaigns etc. Reporting to the sales Manager regarding the daily sales position, site visits and agreed customer details. Achieving the weekly fortnight, and monthly targets thereby generating more sales. Sincerely pay attention to incoming sales calls and regularly carryout follow up action, on cancelled and missed calls. Participation in the expos and launching programmes to improve sales promotion. Must supervise the distribution of gifts works (customers) and maintain the dispatch data. Co- ordinate with the Manager (Sales and marketing) at the time of registration of flats. Make arrangements for set up of marketing offices at the sites. To supervise Marketing Material Printing process. Maintenance of marketing offices neatly, cleanly. Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the basic selling skills. Participating in marketing campaigns, Surveys, data collections, promotions, etc. conducted by company. Collecting leads and follow up the same regularly for sales promotions. Regular interaction with prospective clients, and create new business opportunities to the company. Daily reporting to the Sales Manager. Achieving the monthly targets, and generating more revenues to the company. Assisting the marketing team on various marketing plans for improving the sales. Making regular follow up calls to the prospective clients and invite them for a site visit and motivate them for converting the sales. Supervise the distribution of pamphlets and paper leaflets to the individuals/ households.,
