Job Description

    We have an Urgent Job Opening for the position ofSales Executive & Community Sales Executive for Bangalore Location
    • Sales Generation and Target Achievement:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for telecom products and services.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
      • Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales prospects, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering tailored solutions based on their telecom needs.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
      • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
    • Product Knowledge and Consultation:
      • Develop a deep understanding of the companys telecom products, including voice, data, broadband, and value-added services.
      • Provide customers with expert advice and guidance on selecting the best solutions for their business or personal needs.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom trends, competitors, and industry developments.
