Job Description

    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
      • Achieve and exceed sales targetsand goals within the assigned territory.
      • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities to expand the customer base.
      • Conduct market research tounderstand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitivelandscape.
    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing and potential customers.
      • Provide exceptional customerservice, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups withcustomers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    3. Sales Activities:
      • Plan and execute salesactivities, including cold calling, sales visits (20-25 per day), productdemonstrations, and presentations.
      • Develop and implement effectivesales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
      • Maintain accurate records ofsales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRMsoftware.
    4. Reporting and Documentation:
      • Prepare and submit regular salesreports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
      • Ensure timely and accuratedocumentation of sales activities and customer information.
    5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
      • Collaborate with the sales team,marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
      • Participate in sales meetings,training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
      • Share best practices and providesupport to team members to enhance overall team performance.
    6. Compliance and Ethics:
      • Adhere to company policies,procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
      • Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and industry standards.
