Job Description

We are hiring for Executive - Channel Sales with Sheela Foam LimitedDepartment - Sales & MarketingLevel - L1Experience - 2 to 5 YearsNo. of positions -1Location -BengaluruPurpose -Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales, improve market share on sustainable basis.Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends& opportunities; negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits.Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate Dealers to sell high value / High Margin / new products to improve Sales Turnover.
  • Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
  • Ensure Local level ads are released as per agreement.
  • Ensure In-shop branding, Signage, Boards,etc. at dealers outlets.
  • Implementation of MOP system.
  • Report un-authorized dealer selling / unauthorized product selling.
  • Collect and provide update on competitors activities such as new product introduction / scheme launch /Price changes / incentive / discounting structures etc.
