JOB DESCRIPTION:The Executives are accountable for Sales / Revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients , increases market share and improves penetration.EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:A Degree in Engineering ( preferably Mechanical or related) with MBA.0 - 3 years of experience for Sales ExecutivesLOCATIONS:Bangalore , Chennai , Pune & HyderabadESSENTIALS:Contacts prospective customers to determine product needs and make sales presentations to match company s products and identified needsLead proposal development , negotiation and commercial terms to payment realisationSell Solutions to new and / or current customers in an assigned territory to achieve or exceed assigned quotaDevelop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organisation and drive penetration in various functions including outside CIO.Regularly monitor sales trends , market dynamics and incorporate into existing strategy and plan.Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as requiredCoordinates resources with representatives from other departments like Marketing , Presales & TechnicalMust have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and multi - tasking skillsKnowledge of using CRM solutionAbility to make presentationsAbility to work independentlyOpen for travelPosition requires high - energy professional with good judgment , Analytical & strong communication.,
