Manage strategically the development and implementation of a comprehensive organizational sales policy and strategy that maximizes sales opportunities across all products and product lines. Lead the design of the brand architecture, positioning and messaging that provide a framework for effective communications and marketing programs Be the spokesperson for the organization Oversee the demand generation process across all business units in the organization. Align the strategy with the organizations business goal and other business units Manage the budgeting and business development team, own business plan for their business unit and contribute to the business plan of all product lines Keep current on the industry in terms of product offering, pricing, and marketing strategies available in the market. Track the changes and give updates to the teams on the relevance of the changes Work together with partners to develop go-to market strategy and establish a shared vision with the partners and internal teams Generate, plan, engage and negotiate the closure of complex (or high value, high priority) deals that represents win-win opportunities for company, partners and clients Identify price trends, retail price elasticity, processes, and systems to formulate pricing strategies that optimize the yield Work with product marketing team to build a product marketing plan to meet commercial objectives.
