    Job descriptionJob Title :Sales ManagerExperience Levels (years) :08 to 12 YearsLocation :BangaloreQualification :Bachelors degreePreferred Industry Experience :Poultry/ MeatPackage :8 Lakh to 11 Lakh Per AnnumAgerange of 30 to 35 yrs.Roles and Responsibilities:A. Well experienced in Chilled chicken, Fish, Mutton sales to midsize or Large size institutions catering to the HoReCa segment (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering segment).B. Plan, develop and execute strategies for sales of chilled chicken in the market.C. Institutional Processed chicken sale Monthly Target 50 Ton without credit limitD. Customer documentation KYC /security/credibility.E. Negotiate pricing with customers.F. Takes orders from customers as needed and coordinate to the production teamG. Fixing rates to the Institution after taking approval from the management.H. Sales forecast- weekly/monthly.I. Regular customer visit, ensuring good rapport and relation with the customer.J. Adding new customers periodically.K. Conduct promotional activity wherever required.L. Work aggressively to meet the target set by the management.
