    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract prospective candidates across India and other specified locations as required by management.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand emerging trends, potential candidates, and new business opportunities within target regions.
    • Design and execute targeted awareness campaigns through digital platforms, events, and partnerships to attract qualified candidates for specific projects.
    • Engage proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and enhancing their readiness fortraining.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions to attract relevant candidates and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs,conferences, and other industry events to increase visibility and attract qualified talent.
    • Oversee sourcing processes and ensure candidates are fully trained and prepared for the batch start.
    • Manage recruitment project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met within specified deadlines.
    • Prepare detailed reports on sourcing activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, set clear sourcing targets, and monitor team performance to ensure goals are achieved and projects begin on time.
    • Oversee candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth and high-quality recruitment process for the training program.
    • Ensure the smooth coordination of batch starts, manage candidate quality, and ensure seamless placement coordination with training and placement teams.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, decisions, and process improvements to senior management.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, particularly in Service, Educational, insurance or banking industries/sector.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with recruitment tools, digital platforms, and sourcing channels.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    Additional Skills:
    • Strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment activities and client meetings.
    • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
