Build strategic business partnership and healthy business relationship with e - Commerce platform and offline Channel; Be responsible for business plans , demand plans and P Develop and implement digital marketing plans in E - commerce platform; Exclusive and mass tie - ups with partners to maximize OnePluss revenue , growth and visibility. Keep updated with market and competition landscape , Product specs , function. Price and promotions; Ensure consistent growth in market penetration & Brand visibility across the region. Work together with service team on pre / after sales service and replacements across channels and work with the support team towards minimizing the same; Maintain Weekly / Monthly reports of platform Purchase & Sales for internal sales analysis. Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree or higher Language: Excellent oral and written skill in English; Speaking and understanding of Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage; At least 5 years experience in consumer electronic industry , good understanding of smart phone , TV and smart hardware products; At least 3 years experiences handling brand (sales or marketing role) on major E - commerce platform (Amazon / Flipkart) Strong skills in client management and channel management; Interpersonal communication and team work across different function groups; Strong sense of urgency to drive business consistently. Work base in Bangalore , can travel national wide about 50% of work time;,
