Job description

For the further expansion of our sales activities of Lienion in India, we are looking for a dynamic,

passionate and experienced sales manager to drive and lead the Lienion sales team. Lienion is a

cloud - based software solution that focuses on project management processes like communication,

collaboration, todo & task management, process or time management,

As Sales Manager you will lead the Lienion sales team. You will drive and guide the team in achieving

their sales objectives. You will be responsible for effective sales planning, developing sales strategies,

developing campaigns to attract new prospects, sales reporting and active selling.

As a focused sales hunter, you will actively sell and promote Lienion to potential customers. Direct

with and exposure to potential customers but also to the company s management team will

be key in your role as Sales Manager.

Profile of the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate would have/be:

A minimum of 4 years of successful work experience in the sales of software products

Preferably a master s degree in marketing, economics and business management with a focus on sales

An in depth understanding of the sales market of cloud - based software solutions

Good computer skills, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

No 9 to 5 mentality

An excellent spoken and written knowledge of English

A real go - getter attitude

A passionate sales hunter

Stimulated by working against challenging targets

Motivated by an aggressive sales bonus plan

The ideal candidate would have/be:

Result driven & Can Do attitude

Focused on sales, sales and sales

Excited and passionate by sales results

An inspiring leader and an excellent communicator

Good in negotiation and influencing skills

Willing to travel across India
