Job Description

    • Work as a Sales Manager Closing, managing client interactions and driving B2C sales conversions.
    • Meet with homeowners, builders, commercial establishments, and consultants to understand requirements and present customized solutions.
    • Create sales presentations, quotations, and estimates to support client decision-making.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups, manage lead databases, and ensure a seamless customer journey until project conversion.
    • Coordinate with design and project teams to deliver client requirements and ensure smooth execution.
    • Drive lead generation initiatives, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets.
    Expertise & Qualifications:
    • Experience in B2C Sales, Closing Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
    • Prior experience in real estate, interior design, hospitality, institutional, or ed-techis preferred.
    • Strong client handling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/database management.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients, maintain follow-ups, and work in a target-driven environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to sales and relationship management.
