Responsible for Achievement of sales target for Contract Logistics & 3PL business in the region / Verticalsactively engage in setting up department business plan.Key customer relationship holding.Monitor, control and drive improvement to position the deliverables as per the required results in the business plan.Apply specialist knowledge of markets and industries to embed the sales efforts to new clients, including supporting the Integrated Sales Force with tenders and sales presentations.Influence and negotiate development projects with clients leveraging on relationships formed with key parties in the client organization.Support regional Product Managers in the execution of development solutions for clients.Imparting Training & development plan for subordinates. Functional Competency Solid Financial, Operational and Commercial skills and understanding.Ability to manage / influence others across different geographies and functions.Ability to communicate and influence successfully with varied personalities, cultures and backgrounds / experience.Educational & Experience Graduate / Post graduate in Business Management having at least 3- 5 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain industry.Must have minimum 3 years in Leadership role in Sales & BD functions.,
